By the sound, packaging, and color of the box, can confidently say that that's Lego set number 71750, Lloyds Hydro mech at a retail price of 20 dollars. the diet was created for lego ninjago 15th season, seabound, and was released in the summer wave of 2021. The set came with two minifigures with them being Lloyd in a scuba diving suit and a snake-like villain with golden shoulder pads. But that's just a guess
