True Feminism is not hiring me because I’m a woman, it’s hiring me because my skills fit the job.
It is not pay me higher because I’m female, but because of what my job level earns to be paid.

My youngest daughter (I have three!) has been a COOP student in a garage over the past two years. She is a beautiful young woman and strong. The men often asked her if she needed help to which she respectfully responded, “Thank you for asking, but if I can’t do the job myself, I don’t belong here. If I need help, I’ll ask you and thank you again.” She earned their respect, not demand.
