One in a series of seven lectures given at the Capital and Financial Markets event, held at FGV in São Paulo on May 27, 2013.

At the event, researchers from FGV's São Paulo Law School (DIREITO GV, Brazil), Vanderbilt University (USA) and Tilburg University (Netherlands), debated capital markets post-2008 crisis and presented their latest work developed from a multidisciplinary approach that includes law, finance and the economy.
