This is a very frustrating video. It's clearly been done by people that know the product already, and then reviewed by other people who already know the product. But as a tutorial, it kinda stinks. The video is not very clear and there is no explanation of anything going on. It's like peeking over the shoulder of someone who doesn't know or care that you're there.
I've been a 1and1 customer for over 10 years, but I almost never use any of the available tools for this reason.

IONOS is TERRIBLE. I had a simple html site of my house remodel and they kept charging me for "out-of-date" PHP support. I would log into my account and click update PHP and get confirmation that it had updated and I would still be invoiced for the out-of-date PHP. Got tired of fighting with them about it. Moved my hosting and recommend you RUN away from IONOS - don't even consider them.
