This video is different from other videos I do because the point of this is that is is a FIRST LOOK and everything is new and I have not prepared. I should have been more clear about this in the intro. This is why I don’t know what things do and I learn as I explore. Let me know it you guys like this type of first look or not 😊

The button on the seat that you didn't know what it was for is for the Relaxation mode. You hold it for a second and you get a message on screen to "check backseat before pressing again" and hold it again for about a second (and let go). The seat then moves back and tilts back all the way and the leg rest comes up. It's just a quickbutton for relaxing. Works the same on passenger side. When you are in the relaxation mode you slide the center console all the way back to have the armrest at a correct position. :)

The leg rest is for having a nap while charging :) That's also what the near 180 degree recline is for.

It does not lock itself when you leave it. Must have been that you unlocked it and didn't open a door for 30 seconds so it autolocked. You have to press the symbol in the middle of the handle (or key) to lock. Hopefully they add this feature later. :)

The pad on the left side of the screen is not a magnet, but it's magnetic. So you can put a phone on it if you have a case for magnetic phone holders.

The space in the rear seat is great! The rear seats position are adjustable, both the seat and the back! Additionaly the trunk shelf has a forward and a rear position. In the video it was in the forward position. Please check the rear seats once more, Kris!

You can set boot to open as you walk up to it or use fob so you don't have to touch camera if that helps

It's magnetic for putting family pictures, etc on not a phone holder Kris. :) I also am a fan of light interiors but do understand white seats could get stained over time from clothing. As Hyundai have advertised since launch there is no real leather it is all eco leather made from recycled plastic bottles and other items, which is fantastic. The RWD model has a much larger frunk, you should check one out if you get a chance sometime, the smaller frunk can at least hold a Type-2 AC cable.

I have to agree with you in thinking that its shape will cause it to become an icon as electric cars move on as it goes as a contradiction to the norm of sleek, flowing aerodynamic lines.. especially compared to its cousin the EV 6.

This is a very cool car. I'm waiting to see how it's priced against the VW ID4 AWD here in Canada. I have to say, that truck cover not lining up with the top of the seat drives me a little crazy though. I'm twitching just looking at it now. LOL. Thanks Kris!

I thought this car was like the size of a VW golf in photos. I even saw it in the Spiderman movie and thought it was small. I saw it in traffic and it almost scared me when I saw the actual size lol.
