So so proud of Scotland, heads up, attacking, inventive rugby. Russell's variations and control is why he is considered the best in the world. So pleased to see him performing with a superb team around him causing mayhem. Scotland's team cohesion at its very best. Those few penalties, missed lineouts are very costly. Well done everyone of you. Well done France too, a brilliant game to watch, so entertaining.

Ok we might not win the six nations this year, but Townsend MUST stay. This man has been developing a superb style of rugby with a fantastic crop of players that are nearly at its full potential.

I remember a time when hosting Scotland was pretty much a sure win. That's not the case anymore, this team has been constantly improving for 3-4 years and it's a joy to watch them. I'll rooting for the Scots against Ireland even though I think Ireland is untouchable right now.

Taking Richie Gray off was a huge mistake. Scotland has always had problems with line out before his arrival in the squad and he mad are line-out superb. As soon as he comes off we mess up are line-out and it’s massively overthrown.

Where Scottish fans are getting their expectations from I have no idea. They beat England and a poor Welsh side and all of a sudden they are talking grand slams and titles. Since 2010 Scotland have finished in the top three on only two occasions. I mean heads up and I'm all for a good Scotland team to do well. Just think the lot of you are getting ahead of yourselves

That second French try was from the French winger kicking the ball out of the ruck illegally. They got away with it despite all the technology. That is rugby, you win some and loose some decisions, refs and TMOs are human too. This is not a gripe, just stating what I see. Great game of rugby.

That was an epic! Scotland were class and were unlucky not to come away with a win! Tactically they played smart like binging on the new front row that set up the platform for Russell's try! Really good scrummaging unit now! As an Irish fan It's daunting playing them in their backyard but looking forward to what should be a cracker!

Gave ourselves too much to do in the end, but can't criticise the effort from the players. Just failed to turn pressure into points at crucial times and have to ask why is a Tier 2 Ref given the whistle for a Tier 1 game ?

Something has to be altered as far as RED cards go. By all means safety with players heads, But seven men in a scrum against eight? Is that safe? Why should a TEAM have to suffer for in some cases for a split second body position, mitigating or otherwise? The French forward targeting the half and ordered off, had his head down and it was not deliberate. Overall the Scots with their complete bungling of moves were the nicest team to play this season against France.

I honestly think France need to lose another game to get the monkey off their back. 19-0 up and then.. who had the territory and possession for most of the game?
Scotland, for me, were fantastic.. French team need to either rest thdir players or just change their squad, because - flattering though the scoreline is - they are not producing..
