Oh yeah... They only have like 10. They are not "stealth" they have a lower RCS but not stealth. By comparison the F22 and F35 have a Radar Cross Section 1000 to 10, 000 times smaller than an Su-57. The Su-57 has an RCS of .1-1m^2 compared to the F22 has an RCS of .0001-.0005m^2 and the F35 has an RCS of .0015m^2 (a golf ball)... An F117 nighthawk has a RCS of .003m^2 (a So the Su-57 is a "low observable aircraft" but definitely not Stealth. Facts. Look them up if u don't believe me. Oh... Yeah the USA has 186 operational F22 with 125 being designated in combat roles and about 450 F35s respectively. So there's that....

Highest altitude doesn't matter much if there are only a few of them and they are able to be targeted from beyond visual range.
