Trump Card is an unusual move introduced in generation 4 of Pokemon [Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver]. Several iconic pokemon like Eevee and Oshawott are capable of learning it. The fewer power points the move has, the stronger it becomes for the user.

And the funnist part is it's learned by only 10 evo lines, 4 via level up being Eevee, Slowking, Minun, and Magerena, and then Farfetch'd, Kangkaskan, Dunsparce, Corphish, Shellos, and Osawatt got it via egg move until the move's removal in gen 8.
