Pcq: You use Messi as a goal poacher way too often in the 4-3-3, his role in the Barca first team has changed over the years. You should get Messi to dribble towards the right edge of the box. This way, he'll attract many players to himself, leaving the two actual goal poachers, Suarez and Greizmann, in acres of space. Get them to make runs inside the box and make cut backs using Messi. This way, you'll score plenty of goals and everyone's form will go up. To summarize, make passes from deep towards Messi, get him to dribble towards the right flank (slowly but surely), and then make cut backs to Suarez and Greizmann, who will be left in acres of space.
Not saying he is bad as a goal poacher, but he's better as a playmaker plus you have other players for that role.
