$129.99 for 4oz. of cold coffee that you have to heat water for to have your coffee hot is crazy in my humble opinion.🥺

I am like you . I would rather have the one one that heats up .

If you have to heat the water anyway you might as well use a French press. I don't drink coffee but my husband and son do and say the FP makes very good coffee. 💝

French Press or AeroPress work great for off grid.

Now the heated one would have been awesome for my hubby when he was working out of town. His office was pretty much his car! Thanks Ms.Wanda! 😁

If you have to heat water I would just
Make in my stainless percolator over a fire or on top of wood stove. And when I drink coffee I drink a big mug. That looks like a small serving.

I love coffee to the point that I can drink hospital waiting room vending machine coffee, if that's all that's available. There's no way I'd pay $130 for this gadget that doesn't heat water. For espresso, my Moka pot is much smaller, weights less and does a good job, IMO. Heating water in a pot and adding it to a $20 French press works for a good cup of coffee anytime of the day. As does using one of a collection of stove top /campfire percolators. Another alternative are the drip coffee makers that sit on top of a mug. Found the silicone version on clearance a couple of years ago for $2 each.

I always keep a supply of instant coffee on hand that doesn't need anything except a cup of hot water. My first cup every morning only takes 65 seconds in the microwave. Tides me over while waiting for a pot of drip coffee. :-)

FWIW.... From an off-grid standpoint, I prefer, where practical, non-powered alternatives. Taking this approach saves energy for uses where there isn't an alternative. Multiple fuel (energy) sources to make coffee, while there's only 1 energy source to charge my phone. May be very important in an extended grid-down. We learned in Texas, earlier this year, what can happen when storms take out solar & wind power, along with bringing down the grid.

This pot may be fine for other folks and their situations. Just not here. Thank you Wanda for sharing. Always good to know about new products and services.

Ok I'm NOT a coffee drinker but even to make iced coffee don't you brew it hot and then put it over ice? Seems kind of useless to me unless it has a different purpose? Like I said I'm not a coffee drinker so I don't know much about it other than fixing my husbands coffee thru the coffeemaker. Lol.

I really don't think it is worth the price.

It does look interesting but I too would like to have it heated and have it produce more coffee.

Handy gadget. There's also a small blender a person can find.

Table top tripod needed or a head/chest gopro. Better filming when 2 hands needed. Thank you for sharing and be safe.

Actually, that would be great for those who can’t afford the one that heats the water. I do enjoy how completely honest your reviews are. Wonderful job!!

I've got an old grinder and pot with plastic top you put filter in pour in water and let it drip got from a life long old german frugal fine lady took care of here till she got 98 was a neighbor from where I grew up . I still love 8 oclock whole beans freeze when I have room .

I'd have that same issue Wanda plus the added one of it being too small of an amount for me and I only drink 1 large mug full in the mourning. Now if water has to be heated I would use an old percolator and set it on a nice hot fire. It would bring super hot coffee and a pot full at that.

I use my stainless Farberware perculator and make a whole pot fairly quick. It lasts me two days. I just reheat a cup in a little saucepan. That thing is silly, Wanda, LOL
