Thank you so much for this, it was delicious! I did completely fail to make the gnocchi, though -- when they hit the pan, they melted back into a mash. Not sure what I did wrong... maybe should have let them cool for longer? The sauce for the chicken is so good! I'd love to know how to make it from scratch.
