This kit uses a competitive ELISA method to pre coat coupled antigens on the microplate of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The aflatoxin in the sample competes with the conjugated antigen pre coated on the microplate of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to determine the aflatoxin enzyme binding compound. The absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with the content of aflatoxin it contains, which is then compared with the standard curve and multiplied by its corresponding dilution multiple to obtain the aflatoxin content in the sample.
