Hellow sir, kindly tell me how to update address in central kyc (CKYC) which is regulated by CERSAI. When i am asking cersai then they says that go to your bank branch but when i am visiting my branch then they are unfamiliar to this and are repeating the same thing that your kyc is already done in bank account. Kindly guide me what to do.
