Any update po regarding sa turn over fees? Kasi kumuha kami ng unit kahapon lang and wala din akong nakitang turn over fees na nakalagay. Closing fees lang nakalagay. We are still waiting sa reply din ng agent namin. Hoping you can reply on this. :)
