Yes, thanks. That's what I meant. Now, if I got this right, st. MK has 4 active frames, meaning you have to input the 6 / 9+KKK motion of SJC U2 during these 4 frames. In addition, you have to input the QCF TK motion (7 frames) in the 5 frames of MK startup + the 4 active frames. Given a total of 9 frames to do this in, MK xx SJC U2 has a 2f window of error--almost frame perfect. No wonder it's so difficult! If correct, cr. MP has a window of leniency of +6 frames over st. MK, making it easier.

Actually, now that I think about, with SF4's leniency you could exclude some of the inputs from the motion. And I didn't factor in another +4 frames that super jump would give (13f total). If super jumped at the 4th (last) active frame of MK, this gives the user 6 frames of input leniency. If cancelled at the 3rd active frame of MK, this is 5 frames.

Fun fact: you can also do a regular jump cancel into U2 (e.g. cl.st.HK xx jump xx U2). The window here is 2f instead, I believe. This is why a lot of people think Ibuki's SJC cd mixups are hard. Simply ensuring you get the superjump version will make the link easier.

Assuming you mean the window in which to cancel the HJ/SJ into U2 (SJ xx U2), you have about 3 or 4 frames to do it.

Which makes sense because you are cancelling the startup of the super jump into U2, and Ibuki's superjump starts up in 4 frames.
