Kino’s spot on. Stupid proof way to get lean. Eat the same thing for a week. If you’re up weight, reduce portions. And vice versa.

I find the easiest is to open my fitnesspal app, put in the meal that I really crave that day. Say I want pizza, I would put in as much pizza as I want and see if it’s possible. If not with 5 pizza, i cut down to 4 pieces of pizza then I continue to mess around with it and still make sure I hit my calorie deficit and still hitting my micros. Obviously this would only leave me a protein shake / Greek yogurt. But it’s nice! Some days are sushi, desserts and etc etc. I find it best just to put it in the app first thing in the morning and eat whatever you want. Let that be Wendy’s or eating out. Put it in first and play around with it to hit your goals. So that way you’re not in a pickle at the end of the day.

You pull out phones. The app does it for you. I mean most are glued to it, can't take 10 seconds to put crap in.

Except the diet he showed was terrible for getting lean. He gets away with it from genetics and youth not because he's right. I do agree that eating the same things every day makes it easier to track but sheesh there are 18000 apps that easily track cals now it's NOT that hard these days. Only the willpower is lacking their days and these "hacks" and tips are just ways to be successful with less willpower. Not always the best option.

How is this enough protein though? It seems like maybe 100g max or even less

Zero carbs has worked amazingly for me. Getting shredded and staying that way is easy when you’re not eating carbage.
