We couldn’t watch the show until today! It was great! I am glad you are going to try losing weight in a more sensible way. I am a retired dietitian. People who try quick fixes usually lose then gain more weight back….. not healthy! Slow but steady is best. Move more, savor your food…

Jerry, I am a chubby buddy too! I’ve been counting my calories and it’s working. The thing that really helps is thinking of my total calories for the week like a bank account. Some days I eat less than my goal and then later in the week I can have a treat guilt free! Also, diet sodas are not going to kill you! I have 1 a day and it is a tool that keeps me under my calories. I agree, savoring your food is a real strategy! Keep up the good work, Jerry and keep up updated with your progress!

Meat based diet has changed my health for the better. Carbs are only occasionally with some berries! Lost 20 lbs! I’ve eatten this way since Jan 2024! Off my arthritis meds! Take care! Prayers up for you and your quest for a proper human diet!

2nd reply, today. Linda, that dress is AMAZING!!!! It is so beautiful. Make sure to get an awesome, glittery shawl, just in case. As you know, St Louis weather will be similar to southern Indiana in April. Hit or miss. I sure love catching all your videos, even if it's a day or two later.
