When I was a kid, the teams I played on, we would have given anything to have prime time as our coach. As a defensive player, it would be awesome to pick his mind about coverages and reading the QB.

Deion WAS the guy people were trying to beat out. He was a superior athlete.
They we’re trying to take his spot. They knew better. And he knew it.

Joel, this is a great interview. The quiet, the conversation, you make us feel like Deion is talking to us because he's so clearly talking to you and not to the camera. Stick with this format, it's special. Great job, man.

Transfer portal is actually why I feel Prime can turn Colorado around right away. It’s another avenue besides recruiting to get talent.

I can listen to Coach Prime all day long
macknolan
Lord willing please let coach be able to survive his clots.
B.Piercesports
For YEARS, coaches could leave a school to coach another school without ANY penalty. Now, players can do the same, and it's a controversial topic. LONG LIVE THE PORTAL.

Dion I'm going to say the quiet part out loud Sanders 😂😂. Need more like you
RJ-fepu
Smart. It’s like marrying someone who has been divorced. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with them… but you’ve gotta do some research to make sure it’s not a pattern of different things. Definitely adds an entirely new complexity to college coaching. If anyone can navigate that it’s Deion though. And to be fair, it probably won’t be as much of an issue for him because I’m sure plenty of people only left their last schools because they literally just want to play for him. ✊

We would have died on the field if we had an opportunity to play under Deion! Literally would have ran through any type of pain until we passed out or he asked us to stop!
chopshop
There should be a report on how many players enter the transfer portal willingly vs those who are force into the portal

Someone has to make a fall asleep to coach prime compilation
LDRTrejo
As if deion sanders ever had a problem beating someone for a spot
herogibson
I canvtell tou that YES- the flight as opposed to fight mechanism/ mentality is still in all of them until the go pro or are told NO, you dont have what it takes
jpnoobieeiboonpj
I'm sure being here in Boulder he's going to meet and deal with people he'd never of imagined 😎
shawnwilliams
Coack Prime will show other teams that Colorado has some surprises for them this year!
johndotter
Love him or hate him Mr Sanders is a smart man
MrYatesj
I agree with what he's saying but those that enter, how long do you fight for a spot that maybe you were never gonna get and being in another place would've given you a greater chance to play
nickjimenez
I wonder how much Bobby Bowden has influenced his coaching and style. He built FSU by playing anybody anywhere.

If only 1% go to the NFL and an even smaller percentage get a second NFL contract why blame these kids for getting all the money they can.
