It took me 4 hours to beat him, yet I loved every minute, what a fun boss fight

I'm playing on grandmaster too, it took me about an hour and a half on my first palythrough to beat him, and probably an hour on my second playthrough, he's no joke, and you have very small windows to punish him in that second phase, combine that with his constantly regenerating health, and it can be frustrating. The blaster is a good idea to keep doing chip damage to counter the health regen, I was doing something similar, but with saber throws. There is also a perk that gives you more blaster damage, and a perk that gives you more damage on saber throws which is what I was using.

I learned to parry all of his attacks on grandmaster but had to take one of my perks off because it reduced the parry timing
