Aside from Fanatec doing the old switcheroo - in your words - regarding the quick release, and the greater cost, there is the issue of shipping. Logitech, at least in my region, offer free shipping, which can be quite espensive.

We have it mounted on a GT Omega ART cockpit with all 3 bolts, we did not have to drill the deck plate, it had factory holes for all 3 holes. Also after the last GT7 update, force feedback has increased by a lot.

Logitech gives a 5% discount for buying the wheel and pedals together.. and I got mine in 5 days. I've been Logitech loyal since 1995. Force feedback since 97. By G29 lasted at 11 years, and was a part once to tighten the screw. I hope I get the same reliability, simplicity, and longevity from the G Pro. I think play seat may be the only company that provides a third hole for Logitech. I did manage to get the lower paddles working in gt7. They seem to combine clutch and handbrake, in the opposite manner that they combine brake and clutch at a full stop. From what I can tell, at high speed it disengages the clutch.. but at low speeds seems to act like the combination of a hand brake and clutch. I spent some time experimenting a few days ago, on asphalt. Theoretically, it should do the trick with rally, I just haven't tried yet. I'm about to turn that clutch pedal into a handbrake... or a hand clutch😂

Good review. I used some 1/2 Miami Blue tape that matched the logitech wheel nicely.

Great video, I have the wheel and pedals. I felt the same about the pedals while wearing shoes. I switched to just socks and they feel much better. Not sure if you tried both ways.

Logitech dropping the ball again! Over a year later and still no other wheel, pedals or shifter! Let alone a handbrake! For a company that has been making wheels for over 20 some years you think they would finally step there game up!!
