Two months ago same thing happened to me. But my left shoulder was completely crushed, and the left side rib cage was crushed.
Rib 1 broken. Ribs 2-6 have a multiple 11 fractures. Scheduled for total shoulder reconstruction surgery next month.

When I was in a motor cycle accident ( rear ended too) my solicitor (lawyer) said not to post anything online about it until the legal proceedings were complete. For a high profile moto vlogger like you I think this advice would be even more important.

I was in Florida recently and I found that at least every other driver was directly on there phone scrolling through tik tok, texting, and phone calls. So I wouldn’t doubt if this guy was just on his phone driving. God bless your still here and recovering.

Heritage insurance company in Georgia helped me out so much with my car accident. I didn't have to pay anything and got paid 10k afterward....after they sued.

DEFINITELY SUE! Get a lawyer go to the doctor. Chiropractor. Rack up the bill and have the perpetrator pay for it.

Glad you are here to share what happened. You helped someone today. I'm an OG. Been ridding race bikes since 1993, now on my R 1250 GS. Track time, and well over 160, 000+ street and track miles experience. I'm in the NYC area where RED means GO and GREEN means STOP! - I had an off at 60 MPH trying to do a 2nd gear wheelie. 100% my fault. I had on all my gear. Sidi Cobra Rain Racing boots, Motorcycle, Pants, Gloves and helmet. I tumbled quite a bit also. Minor rash because the jacket was textile. The pants textile too and ripped. I'm going to do a little preaching. The shoes are borderline useless. The location of your foot injury would have been protected by boots. God keep us safe god keep us blessed. Speedy recovery. On a race bike you gotta go all in with some of the gear especially the boots. Consider yourself VERY A buddy of mine had some ankle high boots and crashed - no comment! Thank goodness you are in shape and fit you were able to handle the impact. God bless you bro 👊

Glad to see you have walked away. I am recovering from my hit-and-run in NYC about three weeks ago. I was only doing 20mph during rush hour traffic when I was hit by a box truck that then took off. I broke my left wrist and badly jammed my right index finger. As the saying goes: it could have been much worse. I am still here and for that I am grateful. We will heal up and ride again!!! That is for sure!!!

Bro, I'm glad you're still here. I went down Dec 3rd. I had a very serious slide at 130ish mph. I got messed up pretty bad. I pray every day now before I pull that cluch lever in and click it in gear. My Shoei X15 saved my life.

Same, May 3rd 2024 here in Jax Florida I was in a hit and run, drunk guy ran a red light while I was in the intersection. Broke my shoulder, ankle and wrist. Totaled my bike that I had to auction off and have bills stacking from not being able to work. My insurance declined the claim because he didn’t have insurance, and I couldn’t afford uninsured because I’m 24/yo male so prices are absurd. Glad you have a support system with YouTube man fr, no one not a single soul has helped me financially. My GoFundme raised $0 and it hurts man. I’m so happy and glad you’re okay brother, you’re the one who got me to purchase my R1 ❤️ heal quick and heal right my man.
