I felt so bad with how she badly treated Celine on stage. That embrace backstage is obviously plastic, she only did it to try to hopefully recover her bad rude image, so she did the embrace for her SELF (not a genuine love for others obviously). Unfortunately, no matter what embrace she did backstage, it can't erase how rude she was showing on stage, even if it was not Celine, even if it was anyone else, Taylor's behavior on that event was one of the rudest ever on stage, just bluntly grabbed the trophy, did not even look in the eyes, not even a thank you, wooo what kind of attitude is that? And you call her a model to young generation?! She doesn't really care about anyone else, but her SELF.
