I hope we get the Dwarves marching to Elronds aid. I always felt it was the reason he was more friendly with them in later years than other Elves.

The sack of Eregion will be wild, but I'm really looking forward to future seasons with the fall of Numenor, establishing Gondor, and the last alliance. Considering so much action that is coming between seasons 2-5 the set up season that season 1 was, despite the criticisms it received, was very necessary. The overarching concept of being guided by the light only after you touch the darkness will be powerful for Galadriel and the entire point of the series. I think if done right it will be beautiful and connect very well to Tolkien lore themes.
