That is an awesome Emergency Fund goal! It is a big number, but, like you said, if something were to happen your family has that cushion.

Awesome video! The $1 savings challenge is something that we have been doing for years, way before we started cash stuffing and budgeting and we started it to use it for vacation, now we have a vacation sinking fund but we still add the $1 savings challenge to it when we get ready to go on vacation. This is the first time we are doing the $5 savings challenge and we might just put it in our emergency fund at the end of the year.
