If you listen to Act III and IV consecutively, you really see how TDH musically matured between the two albums. That time they spent experimenting with distinct genres and sounds with The Color Spectrum and the more accessible, bare-bones touch they found with Migrant really bolster the experience when added to the intense edge and symphonic elements of the Act series. There's just (even) more variety to the types of music they present.

This song has a lot of emotional connection to me. It's a long story so I won't go in detail, but this song brings me to those memories and I get swelled up with emotions everytime. I've never had a song move me as much as this one. One of my favorite songs of all time, hands down. This band knows how to bring out feelings with their music, which is why I love them so much.
