Imagine there was a map mod that read "Monsters do 6% more damage, have 16% damage reduction, and somewhat frequently stun themselves for 2-3 seconds". Would that make maps easier?

If you answer yes (as I do for T17s) - apply 1 delirium orb to them.

Every now and again the boss (as well as select other monsters in the map) will stun itself while its Delirium projection casts a spell. While these moves aren't completely harmless, they are generally weaker than other actions the boss would take during that time.

Fair warning: this interacts badly with the map mod "Players lose 10% of life when hit by an enemy". Several Delirium abilities hit multiple times.

I've noticed that the Orichalcum shrine buffs deal absurd damage to map bosses in mid tiers. Is this still the case in T17? If so, holding one of those and activating it at the end just before fighting the boss might be another way to dramatically reduce boss difficulty when you get Orichalcum in your map.

I've actually been experimenting with delirium on t17s the last few days and I gotta say at least as melee I would not say even 20% makes it easier given the broad AOE of a lot of those delirium attacks and their damage.

t17 are so easy this league you should at least deli orb at 60% with ornate/skittering tbh if u want some grey maps.
