Why did he still got sentenced to death?
Because his lawyer's theory didn't prove shit

In the first one he could've put the grain on his lap while taking the fox, and make a second trip for the chicken.

1st one - farmer's dilemma:
take shirt off, put chicken in it, put it around neck, so it would lay down on back like a backpack, take chicken and grain. Chicken can't eat grain because its in the shirt-bag
go back for fox, continue journey

2nd one - Jonathan's trial
This has so many flaws.
► EVERYONE looked - except Jonathan.... so it's more like "EVERYONE looked, except Jonathan"
► And if EVERYONE looked, how could they tell that Jonathan didn't look?

3rd one - Bus
► bus is going 60mph
**going 60mph**. For a riddle that is specific with words - people instead of passengers- It is nowhere said that it is slowing down for the stops.
So no passengers can get on or off the bus.
Therefore its only 1 person.

In 3:25 riddle. It should be 8 because here in the philippines it always have what we call “conduktor” the bus collector

The 2nd riddle clearly stated that "Everyone turned to look".... everyone means EVERYONE including Jonathan. But apparently in the end he didnt look? The riddle is misleading if the narrator provides false information.
