30 min Spring Equinox Blossoming Yoga Flow

Blossom into Spring with this 35 min vinyasa flow yoga class for all levels.

Hey yogis, I'm adding to my seasonal yoga class series with a Spring Equinox flow! The Spring equinox occurs around March 21st and is a time of renewal and action.

As the energy levels begin to rise, this is the time for us to awaken from the slumber and lethargy of winter with renewed vigor and optimism! We'll practice some fluid circular flows as well as some heart openers, balance poses and an optional inversion.
