California's $7 Billion Boondoggle

In the West, I think we have created,

regulatory gridlock, where just almost everything is illegal. This is why they can't build, a high speed rail in California. They spend $7 billion, and there's a 1600 foot section is all they have to show for it and doesn't even have rails on it.

It's it's really, you know, too absurd for parody. because large projects are, essentially illegal in California,

much of Europe and, and other countries. So that there has to be some garbage collection process for, removing rules and regulations. and in order for society to function and not to, you know, get, hardening of the arteries and just to, to the point where you can't do anything.

The system is rigged against progress. We need to drain the regulatory swamp to make America build again.

What it is ? It cleans parts of the runtime code that aren't used in the system, and deletes them.

Perfect analogy. It's not bad to chop off laws. It's adapt the times to the needs. It must be dynamic.

I just got done talk to the Rent Control people in Silicon Valley. They are sending me contradictory invoices. I full their requirements but don't assign people to process my application. But here what is weird: its like oh, we need to pay attention to that. They have no freaking process. Just random wandering around
