Seeing your recipes with eggs made me crave them and I don't eat them very often 🤣. I have been journaling for about 3-4 years I believe and it definitely helps so much! One thing that has helped me with the editing is anything I record that day I transfer and removing what I don't want. Instead of scrolling I do that for 10-15 min and that's helped so much so by the end I just have to do the writing and music.
