Ang galing niyo po. Kung okay lang po, pwede po magrequest ng design para sa lot na 80 sqm (harap 8m gilid 10m ) 4x7 yng ground floor at 2nd floor na loft (high ceiling), then magiging 5x7 sa third floor. On top of that, may roof deck. Magmumukha siyang upside down na letter L. Padamay nadin po ng pwedeng maging garden sa paligid within 80sqm. Salamat po and Godbless.
