My recommendations :
Format : MP4
Resolution : 272x480
Video codec : H264 (BASELINE)
Audio Codec : MP3, AAC

Application I use :
"Video Converter"
Developper : Inverse.IA
You can save conversion profile.

You can set to 60fps if needed or 50fps.
Movies should keep their original framerate and other footages that are approx 24fps.

I don't know if it's possible to resize 21:9 of movies, also PSP Mav you should have checked if there is a PSP player that can modify the display ratio to play movies in correct ratio, because you cannot resize a movie due to the oversized file it'll result.

Good video. You can also insert the SD card in PSP into your device and transfer your movies without needing an OTG cable.

I tried on vita, but tells me format my drive to be able to configure to file manager, I can't because i will loose my data and games 😭, but thanks for sharing. I will try with my psp3k instead
