Even though I had been completely unaware of this model, and found out about its existence only when the drop had been on for several hours, I was still lucky enough to get two black-handled ones at about 1 a.m.! (None of the color options were yet out of stock, which I found astounding.)

The knife arrived very quickly, several days earlier than the USPS prediction.

I instantly fell in love with it. It’s now my favorite personally owned knife—and that means it beats some seriously good knives including a Benchmade 51 Morpho, a Spyderco Manix 2 S110V, and a Microtech X-Wing OTF auto special edition!

This knife is going to be a constant companion. And I bought two, just in case anything happens to the first one. 😁

What hardness is the Magnacut delivered at?

I know this, if I was ever gifted one of these or the stub horn, I would use it forever and teach the importance of passing down these knives. Closest thing to an outdoor knife I own is a leatherman with scapel attachment :(
