A couple of more questions: did you replace the EGR washers or just clean them ? And why did you reduce the EGR intake ? Increase the performance ? Also is it useful to put some grease on the the glow plugs thread so they come easily in the future?

Thank you very much for this video. I have CRDI 2.2 which is almost the same. Glow plugs are a pain in the a$$ on this engine. The mirror tip very useful, I never thought of it ! Also covering the hoses great careful job. They seem easy to get out and I have been scared to break them so I havent' tried yet. Even the Hyundai dealer was scared and refused to do the replacement. Why did you take out the engine undercover shield ? How much time did you spend? Thanks a lot and well done !
