When I originally conceived the Sleep Theory series in late 2010, before even writing a note, I was aiming to create warm drones to be used as a sleeping aid. That concept was quickly lost once I sat down to create it. Instead of being music for sleep, it was music about sleep. That said, I’ve been happy to discover that it hasn’t stopped listeners from using it as a sleep aid.

I’ve had a long-standing fascination with dreams, and how our bodies rejuvenate as we rest. These sessions are an aural exploration of these processes, and what you hold now is a culmination of work over ten years.

Each session has been carefully remixed and remastered to create a cohesive experience of just over 250 minutes worth of music. I hope these sessions will bring you to places of introspection and wonder for many years to come. Enjoy the journey!
