I am so glad he spoke so frankly on abuse and I am glad he "said not only will they be accountable to the laws of men, but will also face the wrath of God"
My dad abused my daughter and faced a short sentence and because of that, my siblings said he had now faced the penalty for ALL his sins. But he was not even sorry for the one he was sentenced for, so how could he be forgiven for them all?
Repentance is a process and each sin needs to be dealt with. If we don't repent, we will feel the whole penalty for that sin.
Kids are being abused all the time and the people who abuse them are going unpunished and many hold temple recommends and go there often. They are defiling Gods house!! I have no doubt they will face the wrath of God for that!!

I bear testimony I know that science is true !!!
I bear testimony I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true !!!
I have witnessed the constant harmony of science and the Church on every issue brought to my attention. And with that harmony, I can explore far far deeper than I ever could if I just studies the teachings of science alone or the teachings of the Church alone. Its like needing two eyes to see depth better than I could with just one eye or the other eye alone.

And with it I can imagine that there are an infinite number of generations of gods and thus also an infinite number of generations of universes. That goes to the outer reaches of all the eternities !!! ...to the ends of ALL existence !!! WOW !!!

I watched this conference with a prayer in my heart hoping that the Prophet will talk about something I needed to hear. It's been such a spiritual battle to me between truth, and counterfeit truth... I prayed to Heavenly Father to help me find my answer during this conference. I felt the Spirit so strong when I heard President Nelson to say the exact things that were in my mind.
I was numbed, overwhelmed by so much negative stuff against not only our church as a whole, but specifically about our general authorities...
I am grateful to God for helping me to stay in the light and for helping me rekindle my testimony during this General Conference that I followed with a desire to listen, and to learn.

It is such a blessing to have a prophet in these days where one is needed so very badly. As I listen to this talk the Holy Ghost confirmed the truth of all of it to me. We think the O God for a prophet to guide us in these latter days for sending us the gospel and helps us obtain true Joy and happiness through service and love towards one another and God. This was such a powerful talk. I will study abuse on the Church website and be on the alert for those who are in danger. I will help the youth and everyone O meet remember that no matter what happens in our lives, our greatest strength comes from the Lord.
