rescue as they come . starting a full time rescue is very hurt painfull you find ones that you cant find home than other times you have so many you cant help one that realy needs it! as a small time only doing it you must you will end up helping so much more

I hope it works out with that girl and her family! Luna is such a good girl and I'm relieved it is clear her actions are fully related to her breed. A lot of people would dismiss her breed and label her just an aggressive or vicious dog. I hope she gets along with the girl's other dog! And her coming for play dates would be adorable!

Oh goodness I hope it works out!
When we rescued our dog, before we made the ultimate decision, we introduced him to my young nephew, as he was often at our house (and our last dog was... unpredictable) and of course, he was totally fine with him. Not overly interested nor not interested. It's always good to introduce them to any potential problems before deciding for sure.
I love that, despite the fact that Luna (through no fault of her own) has done damage and more to your animals, you've still stuck with her and done all you can to help her. There are so many who would not have taken the time and you deserve so much praise and credit for that, thank you!

You can't keep them all. I found so many strays when I lived in New Mexico. Fortunately, rehomed them, but I did end up with 5 dogs total.

This girl does sound great hopefully, but if you do ever start a rescue, you do have to be extra careful with potential adopters. I’m sure you already know this since you are on social media a lot, but the amount of people who I tell this to, even recently who don’t know, is shocking to me. I always recommend doing home visits, check vet references, and even background checks. And always make them sign paperwork that if they ever have to re-home, they will contact you first. It’s pointless for you to be super careful and then the next person not be. But hopefully adopters know it’s a lifetime commitment! People look for free animals on social media with the intentions of treating them badly and they will tell you exactly what you want to hear. Just an fyi for those who don’t know! Thank you for going above and beyond for all of these babies you keep finding❤️

The only thing I worry about a pet friendly rental is that I keep seeing ads where people are moving and they can't take their pets to their new rental. Make that person promise to give you Luna back if they can no longer keep her anymore. Please.
