Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new virus.
The disease causes respiratory illness (like the flu) with symptoms such as a cough, fever, and in more severe cases, difficulty breathing. You can protect yourself by washing your hands frequently, avoiding touching your face, and avoiding close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell.
Due to tremendous increase of Corona Virus positive cases, #Prime Minister Narendra Modi including State Government decided to extend the Lock-down Curfew for more than 21 days.
"Prevention is better than Cure", and hence Social Activists, Media, Celebrity Endorsement and many more functional agency helps to spread awareness in a way to prevent #coronavirus.
Every people in the world right now struggling and fighting against this #pandemic and #epidemic disease as till date there is no such specific anti-dote to cure corona virus available in the market across the world. Number of death cases increasing day-by-day.
The only way to protect yourself from corona virus and help preventing virus to others by adopting the following rules:
1) Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub
2) Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze
3) Avoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell
4) Stay home and self-isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell
5) Don't touch your eyes, mouth, nose and other sensitive part of your body if your hand is not clean. As #coronavirus disease spreads primarily through contact with an infected person when they cough or sneeze. It also spreads when a person touches a surface or object that has the virus on it, then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth.
6) Don't step out of your house
