1992 was a bleak time for the UK Singles Chart, with Sales at a very low level. Due to several Long Chart Runs, only 12 Singles topped the Chart this Year (Not counting the Queen Single, which was a holdover from Christmas 1991), the lowest Number since 1962, which also saw 12. Also, there was a lot of Terrible Songs in The UK Singles Chart in 1992. I can easily tell you some of these Terrible Songs.
Stay With Me - John O'Kane
Crying - K.D Lang & Roy Orbison
Take This Heart - Richard Marx
A Little Respect - Bjorn Again
Dolphins Make Me Cry - Martyn Joseph
Every Kinda People - Robert Palmer
Heartbeat - Nick Berry
Just Take My Heart - Mr. Big
Places That Belong To You - Barbra Streisand
Have You Ever Needed Someone So Bad? - Def Leppard
All I Know (Feels Like Forever) - Joe Cocker
Runaway Train - Elton John & Eric Clapton
I Want To Be Elected - Mr. Bean & The Smear Campaign
Now That The Magic Has Gone - Joe Cocker
Steel Bars - Michael Bolton
Amigos Para Siempre - Sarah Brightman & Jose Carreras
You're The One For Me Fatty - Morrisey

Nice! Something from across the pond :D We rarely got any tapes or CDs from overseas here in Canada, there was a small Import section at the used tape/CD shop. Good memories, thanks for dusting off those neurons LOL!!!
