I think it is important that the Supreme Court opine on 'birthright' citizenship. Congress was never going to pass a law to test it, so this is a way to force the issue. Good move.

Surely the children born to parents should take on citizenship of their parents. A country doesn't have children! If parents take up citizenship in a country and they then have children then obviously the child will be a citizen of that country. A child's citizenship can change once they reach adult status whatever that is demeaned to be.

Your wrong about that the law was misinterpreted it was put in for Black individuals being citizens because they were considered not citizens. Take to Judge Joe Brown.

Hugh was, is and apparently always will be an open borders liberal. He can try to obfuscate and nuance his way around it, but he is a liberal.

My comfort is that nobody....virtually nobody listens to his idiotic takes and that soon the passage of time will relieve us of his destructive politics.
