-SNOW MOUNTAIN BOAT DEALER
-HOT AND COLD TOP ON SMOKER CAGE
-ICE CASTLE AT TOP ON FIRST DOOR/ENTRY WAY
-CURSED SHIP BOTTOM ON RIGHT LADDER
-FORGOTTEN ISLAND AT SPAWN AND QUEST AREA

Tip - Get Buddha fruit awaken it Z ability then transform and the use swords melee It will Nerf DMG dealt by NPCs plus it will buff hitbox also do this while haki on it just took me three days to go to stage 4-5 .

You need to evolve to full body haki
Stage 0-3: 300 hits per stage
Stage 4-5: 3000 hits per stage

After watching this video I opened my bloxfruit and i spawn on hot and cold island.The first place I check to find master of enhance is at the top of smoker admiral and I find it but it is regular color pink but I'm happy because I find it easy

I think you need to fully enchant buso haki to fully enchant you need to mastery melee and sword to 250
