One Bangkok Retail – The Future of Shopping is Back! 🏙️🛍️✨

The advertising was fairly conventional - we are now open, please come and shop, etc. Is there another way? Oh yes!One Bangkok Retail is a new 'city-sized retail destination' (as they refer to the project) in the Thai capital. To promote the mall, the agency Flow has a hugely interesting narrative device!The ad film is crafted from the perspective of two kinds of people - those who have been to the new mall, and those who haven't. Observe what happens between the two and how it creates FOMO for the latter. My favorite was the segment between 0:56 - 1:02. Wait for it, and you may laugh out loud 😂Because of the unique perspectives used in the narrative, the entire film seems like an extended mystery thriller. You are left wondering why what is happening is happening, and in the end, the penny drops!
