Feel free to tweak them around, with this build Saryn doesn't really needs range as you will be using Sobek for killing enemies. it's effect also helps to spread spores automatically so 100% range is fine too. Low efficiency is ok as the casting times are very long so you have time to recover some energy.

Sobek AoE damage can be enhanced by faction mods and elemental damage mods. At the same time Toxic Lash scales from your modded toxin this element should be prioritized over the others. Spores strip armor from enemies indirectly improving your AoE damage, same with viral procs.
