Wow! Crazy logistics for F1. I've been a fan of F1 since I was a kid, and finally attended my 1st Grand Prix in Singapore last year. It definitely was a spectacle watching really fast cars drive through the city. Was curious about the logistics and thanks to this video, now I know!

I know about the jet lag i used to run track and field professionally i remember jumping in 4 track meets in 7 day in 4 different countries and starting my travel in the US, 7 hr time change and then 4 different countries in Europe flying commercial .
