This is why Spike is so awesome! Instead of being all mysterious and only putting a bandaid on the problem like Angel, Spike just says what's on his mind and even if it's a little insensitive, helps her out way more by telling her about preventative measures in the future. Unfortunately he does some blaming the victim with his comments about her shoe choices, but he's spot on with a lone female going into a dark alley not being a good idea and now that she's mad at Spike, she'll remember that in the future. I mean with Angel, she might even go into a dark alley again on purpose just so she can see him again or to convince herself the encounter wasn't a dream. Haha this was way too long but... go Spike!
