Reddit also has certain job/freelancing related subreddits (both design related and general) where both clients and freelancers can post about the services they want or services they provide. I actually started freelancing and made my first dollar through there! Back then i used to do pretty much everything (graphics, animation, 3d, music, coding and even electronics lol) for freelancing there.
Now that I'm trying to increase my income and I've niched down a lot, I'm not using it a lot. But I still got few long term connections from there, some of which I have a very good connection with now!
