Apple Watch Series 6: Black Screen Won't Turn On? Fixed!

I show you how to fix an Apple Watch Series 6 that has a black screen that won't turn on but you know the watch is on as you can hear beep noises or notifications coming through. Hope this helps.

Fantastic! I was skeptical that the tapping would work, but it did. Note: I tried tapping with my fingers first, but it didn't work. So I tapped it with my air bud charger case and it worked! Gracias.

Apple are repairing series 6 40mm manufactured in 2021 as some of these are suddenly showing black screens and will not turn back on. I’ve just had to book mine in. It’s a free repair they are aware of a problem.

Mine worked on the first try: press and held the crown and the bottom next to it together it until the Apple logo came on.

Ya tapping it really does something… everything is bolted down and there will never be a slight connection as everything is soldered in or glued down. Maybe there’s a screw lose somewhere but not the watch

So I couldn’t fix this earlier so I factory reset my watch but still stuck in this black screen. What do I do now? Holding the side button and crown won’t work. turns on but it still black
