Ahgoo’s kitchen in Temple city! It’s the best and most authentic Taiwanese restaurant! Him and his wife make the best beef noodle soup and beef green onion rolls ask famous for their green onion fluffy pancakes!! The name Ahgoo’s kitchen literally translates to uncle kitchen!!

My wife and I go to a place called Sangkee in Cheltenham Philadelphia. On the menu it’s called braised beef noodle soup but I’m not sure if it Taiwanese style. Would love to learn how to make this soup from you!
