We will consume API of User-Management-Service from Dashboard service using Refit Rest API client

Both User-management service & dashboard service are function-apps, but actually it does not matter
These services can be ASP.NET Core apps as well.

The process of using Refit .NET class library to call API is same, irrespective of whether it is Azure function app or ASP.NET core application
