LONG EXPOSURE PHOTOGRAPHY ON FILM | ROLLEIFLEX MEDIUM FORMAT

In this video I try to shoot long exposures seascapes with my really old - and beloved - Rolleiflex medium format film camera and Fujifilm Acros II film. Shooting long exposures on film has its challenges, especially when you don't have a proper light meter, you taped an ND filter to your lens, it's raining and you're trying to vlog the whole process before going to work. But for me that's just where the fun begins! Have a look at the images and let me know what you think in the comments section: I don't mind them. 😄

Deeply impressed with the outcome. So beautiful! What I didn‘t get really, does this app calculate the reciprocity failure as well?

I hope you’re addressing reciprocity failure. In film photography, the longer the exposure, the film becomes less sensitive to light. You will have to add more exposure to the film to compensate for it. New film photographers aren’t aware of reciprocity failure. Good luck.
